The Pointe Grand campus is comprised of eleven 1-, 2- and 3-story buildings with a total of 630,500 square feet:

• Buildings designed for R&D, Life Science and office use
• Surface parking throughout the campus
• There is a Transportation Demand Management Plan available for the tenants.
