Oyster Point II is the newest portion of this campus, constructed in 2009. It is located directly adjacent to Oyster Point I, and is comprised of 3 Class A state of the art buildings with 328,000 square feet. The 3 buildings surround elegantly landscaped and hardscaped common areas including a large water feature. Parking includes both surface and underground parking, and there is a Transportation Demand Management Plan in place.
